We have a thriving and growing youth ministry and are looking for someone who has a passion for working with young people, who is able to provide spiritual guidance and pastoral care for young people and lead, equip and support a team of volunteers.
In addition, one day a week will be to serve in the Operations team of Grace Church.
Hours: full time, 37.5 hours per week
Working hours: core office hours are 10am-2pm weekdays, 8:30-13:30 Sundays, with flexible working and understanding that youth ministry often happens at other times.
Location: Salisbury (office-based, home working and ministry venues)
Main Purpose of Job
The Youth Lead will take responsibility for leading and developing the youth ministry at Grace Church.
This includes:
To take responsibility for the leadership and development of the church’s growing youth ministry.
To disciple and pastor young people, helping them grow as followers of Jesus.
To lead, equip, and support a capable team of youth volunteers.
To help advance the objectives of Grace Church.
To serve in the weekday operations team 1 day a week.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Has a strong and growing faith in Jesus Christ
Has a heart for making disciples of young people
Is a confident and engaging communicator
Is able to lead, develop, and encourage a team of volunteers
Is organised and able to lead a growing ministry
Experience in youth ministry or working with young people would be highly desirable.

This is a leadership role focused on helping the church grow in a healthy and sustainable way by supporting ministry leaders, developing teams, and ensuring key initiatives and projects are carried forward effectively.
This exciting new position with a remit to provide support to the Lead Elder and Eldership team. We are looking for someone with a strong faith in Christ, experience of leading and developing people and the ability to build processes to implement our vision using a team focussed approach.
Hours: part-time (2-3) days per week (on negotiation)
Working hours: core office hours are 10am-2pm weekdays, 8:30-13:30 Sundays, with flexible working and choice of working days on negotiation.
Location: Salisbury (office-based, home working and ministry venues)
Main responsibilities:
To support the Lead Elder and Eldership team in the pastoral, spiritual, and strategic oversight of Grace Church.
To help translate the vision, strategy, and decisions of the Eldership into effective action across the life of the church.
To lead the development of ministries, people, and teams, enabling Grace Church to grow in a healthy, organised, and sustainable way.
To provide leadership that combines implementation, people development, and the building of effective processes.
To serve as the company-secretary to Grace Church trustee’s
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Has a strong and growing faith in Jesus Christ
Is passionate about the local church and its mission
Has experience leading and developing people and teams
Is organised and able to implement ideas effectively
Is a relational leader who enjoys supporting and equipping others
Works well within a team and under spiritual leadership
Experience in church ministry, leadership, or organisational development would be beneficial.
